Terrence’s unwavering spirit and dedication to our mission made a profound impact, helping to raise awareness and support for those affected by this disease. Terrence was a beacon of hope and encouragement for countless individuals and families facing ALS.

Terrence had a deep love for the outdoors. He took pride in gardening and nurturing his vegetable plants, finding peace by tending to the earth. In addition to his many hobbies, Terrence took up the meaningful craft of hand-making beautiful belt buckles, which he gave as heartfelt gifts to those he loved. He was also deeply committed to youth and community, serving as a CYO coach and assistant Boy Scout leader. He was an active member of the Mt. Sinai Yacht Club and the Manhattan Club and enjoyed splitting his time between the city’s energy and the country’s calm. Always drawn to the sun’s warmth, Terrence appreciated the little things that made life beautiful.

A proud grandfather and devoted family man, Terrence cherished every moment with his loved ones. He adored his grand fur babies—Murphy, Seamus, Bailey, Finnegan, and Maylee—and found great joy in their companionship. Terrence was a hero to his family—steadfast, selfless, and loving. He instilled the value of togetherness, ensuring the family gathered for meals, no matter how far life took them from home. Living a simple, humble life rooted in love and loyalty, Terrence’s actions reflected the man he was.

While we mourn the loss of this remarkable man, we also celebrate his extraordinary life and the lasting legacy he leaves behind. Terrance Sullivan showed us all what it truly means to face adversity with grace, courage, and a selfless desire to help others.
